1. Definitions
The internet project https://www.arilan.kz (hereinafter referred to as URL, "we") takes the privacy of its clients, users of the Arilan Energy application (hereinafter referred to as "you", "app users") seriously. By personalized information, we mean information that contains personal data (for example: full name, login, or company name) of the app user, as well as information about the actions you perform in the Arilan Energy application.
2. Use of Information
We use the personalized information of a specific app user exclusively to ensure the high-quality provision of services and their accounting. We do not disclose the personalized data of some app users to other app users. We never publish personalized information in open access or transfer it to third parties. Our company does not sell users' personal data obtained as a result of the services provided.
The only exceptions are situations where the provision of such information to authorized state bodies is prescribed by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We publish and distribute only reports built on the basis of collected anonymous data. At the same time, the reports do not contain information by which it would be possible to identify the personalized data of service users. We also use anonymous data for internal analysis, the purpose of which is the development of products and services.

The Arilan Energy application may contain links to other sites that are not related to our company and belong to third parties. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the information posted on third-party sites, and we do not assume any obligation to maintain the confidentiality of the information you leave on such sites.
4. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to comply with this privacy policy; however, we cannot guarantee the safety of information in the event of factors outside our control, the result of which will be the disclosure of information. The Arilan Energy application and all information posted on it are presented "as is" without any guarantees. We are not responsible for adverse consequences, as well as for any damage caused due to limited access to the application or due to visiting the site and using the information posted on it.

Payments. Online Bank Card Payment
Our Arilan Energy application is connected to internet acquiring, and you can pay for the Service using a Visa or Mastercard bank card. After selecting the field to top up the balance, a secure window with the ForteBank JSC payment page will open, where you need to enter your bank card details. The 3-D Secure protocol is used for additional authentication of the cardholder. If your issuing Bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification. Check with the Bank that issued your bank card for information on the rules and methods of additional identification.
The online payment service is carried out in accordance with the rules of the International payment systems Visa and MasterCard on the principles of maintaining the confidentiality and security of the payment; for this purpose, the most relevant methods of checking, encrypting, and transmitting data via closed communication channels are used. The input of bank card data is carried out in a secure window on the ForteBank JSC payment page.
In the fields on the payment page, you are required to enter the card number, cardholder's name, card expiration date, and a three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All necessary data are printed on the surface of the bank card. CVV2/CVC2 is a three-digit security code located on the back of the card.
Next, in the same window, the page of your issuing bank will open to enter the 3-D Secure code. If you do not have static 3-D Secure set up, it will be sent to your phone number via SMS. If the 3-D Secure code does not reach you, you should contact your issuing bank.
3-D Secure is the most modern technology for ensuring the security of card payments on the Internet. It allows you to unambiguously identify the authenticity of the cardholder making the transaction and maximize the reduction of the risk of fraudulent card transactions.
Security Guarantees
ForteBank JSC protects and processes your bank card data according to the PCI DSS 3.0 security standard. The transmission of information to the payment gateway occurs using SSL encryption technology. Further transmission of information takes place via closed banking networks that have the highest level of reliability. ForteBank JSC does not transfer your card details to us or to other third parties. The 3-D Secure protocol is used for additional authentication of the cardholder.

Online Payment Security
The personal information you provide (name, address, phone, e-mail, credit card number) is confidential and not subject to disclosure. Your credit card details are transmitted only in encrypted form and are not stored on our Web server.
The security of Internet payment processing is guaranteed by ForteBank JSC. All transactions with payment cards occur in accordance with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard, and other payment systems. When transmitting information, specialized security technologies for online card payments are used, and data processing is carried out on a secure, high-tech server of the processing company.
Paying with payment cards is secure because:
- The authorization system guarantees the buyer that the payment details of their payment card (number, expiration date, CVV2/CVC2) will not fall into the hands of fraudsters, as this data is not stored on the authorization server and cannot be stolen.
- The buyer enters their payment details directly in the ForteBank JSC authorization system, and not on the website; therefore, the payment details of the buyer's card will not be available to third parties.
Refunds
When making online payments using payment cards, cash refunds are not permitted. The refund procedure is governed by the rules of international payment systems.
To refund money to a bank card, you must fill out a "Refund Application," which is sent by the company upon request to an email address, and send it along with a copy of an identity document to info@arilan.kz.
The refund will be made to the bank card within 7 working days from the date the Company receives the "Refund Application."
To refund money for transactions conducted with errors, it is necessary to submit a written application along with a copy of an identity document and checks/receipts confirming the erroneous debit. This application must be sent to info@arilan.kz.
The refund amount will be equal to the top-up amount. The review period for the Application and the refund begins from the moment the Company receives the Application and is calculated in working days, excluding holidays/weekends.
Reasons for Payment Denial
- the bank card is not intended for making payments via the Internet, which can be found out by contacting your Issuing Bank;
- there are insufficient funds on the bank card to make the payment. You can find out more about the availability of funds on your payment card by contacting the bank that issued the bank card;
- bank card details were entered incorrectly;
- the bank card has expired. The expiration date of the card is usually indicated on the face of the card (this is the month and year until which the card is valid). You can find out more about the expiration date of the card by contacting the issuing bank.
